I generally respond within 24 hours and will then arrange a mutually convenient time to telephone you and discuss whatever watch you are interested in, or alternatively, you may wish to correspond solely by E mail ... the choice is yours, but please don't get annoyed if I don't respond immediately. I never ignore mail, but am sometimes very busy.
